Instant estimate

Tell us the job

Three short steps. The price appears as soon as there is a route, and it shows you every line it is made of.

Route

How fast do you need it?

Evening, overnight and weekend pickups carry a surcharge — it is added to the estimate automatically rather than appearing on the invoice later.

Beyond the first pickup and the first delivery.

The load

What are we moving?

Rough numbers are fine — but the more you give us, the tighter the price range. Nothing here is required.

We need a pickup, a delivery, your name and a phone number before we can send it.

The estimate is built from four things: the vehicle class the load needs, the distance charged on a declining per-mile curve, the service speed, and any accessorials such as a liftgate or an inside delivery. Evening, overnight and weekend pickups are added automatically from the pickup time rather than from a checkbox.

Questions

About the estimate

Is the online estimate the final price?

It is a real range, not a placeholder, and it is built from the same rate card dispatch quotes from. The final number is confirmed after a quick review — usually within the hour — because a dock with no forklift or a load heavier than described changes the job.

Why is the price shown as a range?

Because the range is honest about how much the calculator knows. Tell it the weight and the pallet count and the range narrows; leave everything blank and it widens. A single number produced from no information is a number that will change, and nobody is served by that.

Do I have to use the form?

No. Call (323) 580-3313 and a dispatcher will quote it on the phone — 24 hours a day, a real person. The form exists because some people would rather not call, not because we would rather not talk.

Are there charges that do not appear in the estimate?

Detention is the main one: waiting beyond the free period at a dock is charged by the hour, and it is shown on the estimate but never added, because nobody knows in advance whether it will happen. Everything else — liftgate, residential, inside delivery, weekend, fuel — is in the number you see.

Rather just talk to somebody?

Dispatch answers 24 hours a day and will quote it on the call.
